So I found this interesting talk on Ted.com by Kevin Kelly, asking the question, What Does Technology Want? It is a fascinating talk by someone who looks at technology and kibitzes about it. Very deep and exciting.
Tech enthusiast Kevin Kelly asks “What does technology want?” and discovers that its movement toward ubiquity and complexity is much like the evolution of life.
I am a techno-dweeb, who loves technology, and I have worked in technology pretty much all my life, but this talk made me think, could I live without technology? My guess is I could, but it would be a very different life, it might be better or worse, but it would most definitely be very different. What does technology want?
