Read the following Phishing attempt that is making the rounds in your e-mail (please don’t fall for it, I found it on the Tax web site):
Did you catch what the dead giveaway is? Think about it, when was the last time your tax refund showed up in 6-9 days? Come on guys, if you are going to try to fool us, be believable. I would have believed 4-6 weeks, but 6-9 days? Come on guys! Unless their system is more efficient, then maybe we should hire them?

A refund can be delayed for a variety of reasons. For example submitting invalid records or applying after the deadline.

The other giveaway is that taxation is managed by the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency). (Don’t ask how I know this….)
