So I guess I yell at my wife not to have the heat on during the day, and wrap up my son in blankets! Peak in the summer is 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM but in the winter it is 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and then 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, that seems arbitrary, but then again, who knows what the “right” answer is as well.

Oh, and they still owe me over $800 in overcharges from last year, that I have YET to see any proof of refund yet either. Should be a fun winter!
